Welcome to the FBPECS Apple Pie Rally 2006 (in case you wonder why the flag looks a bit, erm... shabby, read Titch's story on the story page... :o))

Emma's knickers absolutely in line with the subject of the rally - Apples ;-)

The venue - La Cabane in Simpelveld, Holland

Gordon was one of the first ones on the site. He arrived on Wednesday (even earlier then the Pie Eaters themselves)

owner Jolanda (behind the bar) enjoying the calm before the storm. Its Thursday and the rally has not started yet....

This is Ger behind the bar (very nice chap!). Ger was soon be re-named to Tiggerrr

The campsite was so small that the bikes had to stay outside. There was no problem however, the place was secure enough

Quick tour through Aachen after visiting the bike shop (and having stopped for a refreshing "small" ice cream on the way back to the rally site...)

Emma having a Deja vu. A few of us visited the Bikes and Music Rally in Klimmen (Holland) which took place at the same weekend we had our rally. This is where Emma got her nick name from - Toilet Queen ;-) (just ask her about the details)

After the raffle and the awards Nico's dad surprised the crowd. He played a few tunes on the bagpipes. At this point the Pie Eaters say "Many thanks" again for the entertainment :o)
